How do I know which positions are needed immediately and which are not?
You can check the positions available immediately on our LinkedIn page, which we update every month.
How many days should I wait for a response after submitting my application to Aero Nusantara Cargo?
In general, applications for positions that need to be filled immediately will be processed within 15-30 days after the application is submitted. If a candidate applies for a position and does not hear back from our team within 30 days, it could mean that: We are not currently looking to fill that position, or; The candidate applied for a position that we need to fill immediately, but their profile does not match our requirements and we have decided not to proceed with the recruitment process.
Will I receive a rejection email within 30 days after submitting my application to ANC?
If you do not hear back from Aero Nusantara Cargo after 30 days, a rejection email will not be sent. Rejection emails will only be sent to candidates who have participated in the recruitment process (e.g., have been contacted by a recruiter via phone/email/WhatsApp, have attended an interview, have taken a test).
